These terms govern the SMS text-messaging program operated by miiSpine (the practice of Dr. Venu Vemuri, DO). By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to receive text messages as described below.

• Program. miiSpine sends text messages to notify staff of patient inquiries and to follow up with individuals who have requested contact regarding spine care or injury concerns. You receive messages only after providing consent.
• Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. miiSpine does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates may.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You'll receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (502) 242-6370.
• Delivery. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and is never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
